Does the home need to be empty?
For an end-of-tenancy clean, yes, so we can reach everything. If a few items are still there, let us know in advance.
What if the inspector still finds something?
Let us know within 24 hours with a photo. If it's cleaning that was part of the agreement, we come back free of charge.
Do you clean the outside of the windows?
Outside windows on the ground floor, yes. Higher outside windows we discuss per home.
Do you also clean a new home before the move?
Yes. Many people have their new home cleaned before the boxes arrive, especially after a previous tenant or renovation.
How soon can you come?
Usually within a week, and we try to go faster on a tight schedule. Saturdays are possible too.
