Do you work for small owners' associations?
Yes. Even a small building with six or eight flats can have regular cleaning. The price depends on the areas and frequency.
Do you also clean galleries and outdoor stairs?
Yes, we sweep galleries and outdoor stairs and mop where needed as part of the regular round.
Can we present the proposal at the AGM?
Yes. You get a proposal with frequency per area, a fixed monthly price and what's included, ready for the agenda.
What if a resident complains about the cleaning?
Forward the complaint. We look into it, and if the complaint is justified we come back free of charge.
What is the notice period?
One month, so the association isn't locked in if it doesn't work out.
