Building dust keeps settling for days and ends up in cupboards, on frames and in drains. An ordinary clean mostly moves it around. We work from top to bottom, vacuum first and then clean wet. Cement film and sealant residue we remove with products that suit the material.

When is the best time to schedule it?
After the last works by the builder and painter, and before the flooring or furniture arrives. Otherwise it gets dusty again.
Do you remove cement film from tiles?
Yes, with a product that suits the type of tile. On natural stone we don't use acid, so the stone doesn't go dull.
Do you also do commercial premises?
Yes. After a renovation or fit-out of an office or shop we get the space ready for opening.
Do you take away building waste?
No, building waste and leftover materials belong to the builder. We make sure the space is clean and dust-free.
How is the price set?
Based on the floor area and how much dust and residue there is. You get a fixed price upfront.
